Mac Mic Land’s continued hard work is delivering further progress, with a new outline planning application now submitted and validated at Bishops Itchington, within Stratford-on-Avon District.

The proposals relate to a circa 48-acre site and present a carefully considered, landscape-led vision that balances the delivery of new homes with environmental and community priorities.

The scheme includes:

  • Up to 200 new homes, with at least 35% provided as affordable housing
  • Extensive areas of publicly accessible open space
  • Land safeguarded to support the potential future expansion of Bishops Itchington cemetery
  • A landscape‑led layout shaped by and responsive to the surrounding landscape

This submission reflects the ongoing dedication and hard work across the team in progressing sites through the planning system, and reinforces our focus on delivering well-designed communities that respond to local housing needs.

We extend our thanks to Richard Richard Kelso MRICS, Michael Gooch and John-Rhys Davies of the Mac Mic Land South West team for their efforts in bringing this forward.

We would also like to thank Polly Mason at McLoughlin Planning for leading the consultant team.
