Steve was appointed CEO of Mac Mic Land in March 2026. He is responsible for leading the delivery of the Business Plan and driving the company’s growth strategy.
An experienced real estate professional, Steve brings extensive real estate and finance expertise together with a proven track record of strategic leadership. He has worked closely with the Mac Mic team since its acquisition in late 2025, developing a detailed understanding of the business and its long-term objectives.
He began his career as a real estate banker, leading large teams within several UK financial institutions. He has since worked as a consultant, advising clients including KPMG and Pepper gaining international experience across Greece, Spain and Cyprus, while maintaining a strong focus on UK residential opportunities.
