Katy holds an undergraduate degree in Geography and a Master’s degree in Town and Regional Planning, and is a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI). She joined Planning Potential in January 2020 and continues to work within their residential team, where she has spent over six years advising on a broad range of residential and mixed-use schemes.
Katy has a particular focus on strategic land across London and the Home Counties, taking sites through the full breadth of the planning process.
In January 2026, Katy began a part-time secondment with Mac Mic Land alongside her continued role at Planning Potential, where she leads on planning applications and provides planning advice across the portfolio.
Outside of work, Katy enjoys exploring new bars, pubs and restaurants with friends and family, and is also a keen skier.
