Conor joined Mac Mic Land in 2019 to establish and lead the South East region and is the longest-serving member of the company’s English team. With over 15 years’ experience in the land and property sector, he leads the regional team and oversees the identification, promotion and delivery of strategic land opportunities across the South East.
His expertise spans land acquisition, strategic land promotion, Local Plan engagement and assembling large-scale development opportunities. Conor combines strong commercial acumen with a pragmatic, solutions-led mindset when navigating the planning system. Determined and results-focused, he overcomes complex challenges to secure positive outcomes.
Outside the office, Conor enjoys spending time with his family and maintaining an active lifestyle. He has competed in numerous Ironman competitions, reflecting the same discipline and endurance he brings to his professional role.
