Bruce has over 25 years’ experience in the development industry. He holds an Honours Degree in Environmental Planning from the University of Strathclyde and is a qualified town planner.
He has worked across multi-sector planning consultancy and for national housebuilders, securing land and delivering both immediate and strategic development opportunities. Bruce is passionate about placemaking and delivering high-quality development that responds to environmental considerations, local needs, and community context.
Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his young family, live rock music, and travelling.
