Kari joined Mac Mic Land in 2023 and was promoted to Regional Head of Planning – South East in January 2025. She is based at the company’s London office.
A Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI), Kari holds a Master’s degree in International Real Estate and Planning from University College London.
Kari specialises in unlocking complex development sites and leading community engagement strategies. She manages the South East land portfolio through the planning process, from promotion to securing planning permission for the housebuilder market, and advises on the acquisition of new strategic land opportunities.
Outside work, Kari is a qualified Level 2 Swim England instructor and has competed at district level.
