Following the joint venture in October 2025, Andrew Mickel was appointed Senior Director of Mac Mic Land.
Andrew is also a Director and fourth-generation member of the Mickel family at Mactaggart & Mickel. Since joining the business in 2000, he has played a central role in its evolution, helping to diversify operations and expand into new growth markets. He remains actively involved across the group, with a particular focus on strategic partnerships and long-term development opportunities.
Andrew is a former Chairman of Homes for Scotland and previously served as a Director of a community development initiative in Glasgow’s East End. He is also a founding partner and Director of SWG3, leading arts and music venue in Finnieston, Glasgow.
